INGREDIENTS:
: Cake
1 package White Cake Mix (2 layers)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 package (21 oz .) Apple Pie Filling
+ Ice Cream
°1 tsp. powdered sugar
°1-1 1/2 c. MILK
PREPARATION:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into a greased 9″*13″ skillet.
Spread the apple pie filling over the dough, covering the entire surface. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
Make a glaze with the milk and icing sugar and sprinkle on the cooled cake.
