List of things required to prepare a meal.

1 small cabbage, chopped into small pieces.

1 pound of minced beef

1 can of diced tomatoes (15 oz)

1 cup of diced onions

Preparing

Get the ground meat ready.

Place the ground meat in a large pan or a big cast-iron skillet over medium heat.

Use a wooden spoon to break apart the ground beef while cooking until it changes color to brown.

Saute onions and garlic in a pan with a bit of oil.

Place the ground meat on one side of the pan and add the diced onions and garlic to the other side.

Cook the onions and garlic until they smell good and become translucent, for around 2-3 minutes.

Use tomatoes and spices.

Put the diced tomatoes and their juice.

Add the powdered broth, cumin, spicy pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.

Combine all the ingredients and heat them until they start boiling.

Heat the mixture gently.

Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.

Taste the mix and add extra salt or other spices if needed.

Add some cabbage.

Place the cut cabbage in the pan and combine it with the beef and tomato mix.

Continue cooking and stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender, for about 10-15 minutes.
