Simple homemade chicken wraps
For the sauce:
½ cup of sour cream
¼ cup of cups Salsa
1 tablespoon taco-spice
for wraps:
2 cups
1 cup of grated chäse cheese 9 87
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 cup tortilla strips topped with lettuce
4 burrito-sized tortillas
1 pound sliced rotisserie chicken
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning, ready to set aside .
Place lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and tortilla strips in a large bowl. Add about 2 tablespoons of sauce and stir gently.
Spread out a tortilla and place ¼ of the lettuce mixture in the bottom center of the wrap. Then place ¼ of the chicken on top.Fold the two outer sides over the filling and then roll tightly from bottom to top into a small parcel.
Cut the wrap in half and then prepare the remaining tortillas. Serve with additional dressing for dipping if desired.
