Ambrosia Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained

1 cup canned tangerines, drained

1 cup maraschino cherries, halved

1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

1 cup mini marshmallows
9 87 1/2 cup pecans or chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup sour cream or heavy cream

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges and cherries.
Add coconut, marshmallows and walnuts (if using).Gently fold in sour cream or whipped cream until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld and the marshmallows to soften.
