Crispy stuffed mushrooms in the hot air fryer, filled with breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, mozzarella, 1 raw egg and parmesan cheese. Stuff the mushrooms and cook  at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Yummy!

 ingredients:

 1 pound mushrooms

 ½ cup of parmesan

½ cup of mozzarella

 ¾ cup of breadcrumbs

 2 pieces of garlic cloves

 1 piece of medium -sized egg

 ¼ cup of chopped parsley

black pepper according to taste:

 The mushrooms washed off good and stir quickly and remove the stems to form a boat into which  the filling is placed. Take a large bowl and mix  the filling ingredients.In my case I mixed  parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, breadcrumbs, garlic cloves, black pepper, salt and 1 raw egg.

 Stuff the mushrooms and place them in the frying basket. Cook the mushrooms at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

 Serve them plain or with your favorite sauce. A good combination would be a sweet chili sauce, marinara sauce or tzatziki.
