Steps:

TO MAKE TERIYAKI SAUCE:

  • Mix ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and ginger.Heat over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Thick Sauce: Add the cornstarch and water mixture to the pot. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.PREPARING CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI:
