This is recipe  golden potatoes.

*ingredients :

°6 cups (1.5 L) Yukon Gold potatoes, peel & thinly slice

°1/2 C finely chop onions

°2 C  grated Canadian Swiss

°Salt & pepper to grinder

°1 1/4 C  chicken broth

°2 tbsp.  flour

* Methods :

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a 9-inch (23 cm) square baking dish, divide half the potato, half the onion, and half the cheese in successive layers; Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Distribute other half of ingredients in same way.

In bowl, pour chicken broth to flour until mix is smooth.

Pour potatoes & cheese.

Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft and cheese is golden brown.

Letting it for 5 min before serve.
