Ingredients:

For the base:
1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
2 eggs, at room temperature
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the cinnamon swirl:
1 cup dark brown sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare crust:
Oven preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and salt in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 20cm square baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
Lower oven temperature:

Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).Prepare cheesecake filling:
In a mixer, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add sour cream. Next, add the eggs one at a time, making sure the mixture is smooth.
Prepare cinnamon swirl mixture
In a separate bowl, stir melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour until smooth.

Assemble the cheesecake:

Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the base.Add a spoonful of the cinnamon mixture over the filling and stir gently with a knife.
Add the rest of the filling and then more cinnamon. Spin again.
Bake:
Bake for about 35 minutes or until the center is almost set but slightly wobbly.

Cool and Chill:

Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.Serve:
