4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing
Craving something warm, easy, and comforting? This 4-ingredient slow cooker meal is a lifesaver on busy days! Toss it together in minutes and come home to tender chicken and savory stuffing — pure comfort food with barely any effort.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup water or chicken broth
Instructions:
- Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and water or broth until well combined.
- Spread the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Optional Tips:
- Add a bag of frozen green beans or mixed veggies on top for a full meal.
- Use cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup for a different flavor twist.
Note :
For extra flavor, use chicken broth instead of water. You can also add a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, or some shredded cheese for a yummy twist!
