This is one of those desserts that you can very seldom find. There are very few locations in the country that actually make these. It is not that they are difficult, just unknown by people.
Ingredients:
8 waffle cones
2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread the peaches on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until soft and juicy. Let cool.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Spoon a layer of this mixture into the bottom of each waffle cone.
Alternate layers of the cream cheese mixture and baked peaches in the cones, starting and ending with the cream cheese mixture.
Chill the cones in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. If desired, top with additional whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
Enjoy!
