Banana Cream Pie!!!

*Ingredients

°1 (9-inch) pie crust

°3 c full fat milk

°3⁄4 c white sugar

°1⁄3 c all-purpose flour

°1⁄4 teaspoon salt

°3 egg yolks, lightly beaten

°2 tablespoons butter

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°3 bananas

*Directions :

Bake a 9-inch pie crust ready.

In a large saucepan, scald the milk.

In another saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt; Gradually stir in pasteurized milk.

Over medium heat, stirring constantly, cook until firm.

Covering, stir occasionally, cook for 2 min longer.

In  bowl we bring 3 egg yolks, beaten and ready; Stirring small amount of the hot mixture with the whipped yolk; When well mixed, stir the yolks into the hot mixture. 

Cooking for a 1min longer, stir constantly.

Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

Leave it to cool down.When  ready to pour, cut  banana into slices and spread in pie crust; Pour the hot mixture over the bananas.

If desired, make meringue (you will have 3 egg whites leftover) on top of pie, or let pie cool until serving.
