The scrooge of the dining room will be pleased with this easy-to-make, quick-to-serve dish of ravioli lasagna. When you have guests over or are really busy that night, this is perfect. I’m all for keeping myself occupied, and I really like doing so when it involves helping out with the kids’ extracurricular activities and school functions. Still, it’s great to be able to catch one’s breath every once in a while. It would be fantastic to channel the enthusiasm of the little ones.

SECTION ONE:

Put the oven rack to 400 degrees.

Gently coat a 9×13 baking pan with spray.

The second step is to cover the pan’s base with ½ jar of sauce.

Spread the Spaghetti Sauce evenly over one packet.

The third step is to top the ravioli with the sauce that was left over from the first jar.

Half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses should be sprinkled on top.

Step four: Layer again, this time beginning with the sauce and continuing through the cheese.

Coat the baking pan with sprayed aluminum foil and set it on top of the pan.

AFTER 30 minutes in the oven, take the foil off and continue baking for 15 more minutes.

Give it a good five minutes to sit before you serve it.

Savor it!
