Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Make this delicious Christmas breakfast casserole the night before; All you have to do is pop it in the oven to bake and you’re ready to get back to the excitement of Christmas morning!

What you need

(serves 6)
Ground sausage, one pound
Mustard powder, 1 teaspoon
1/3 teaspoon kosher salt
Beaten eggs, four large
2 quarts whole milk
Toasted white bread and diced, six pieces
Shredded mild cheddar cheese, 1 cup

In a medium skillet, crumble the sausage.
