Butter Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients

– 200g cookies (digestive type)
– 100g melted butter
– 500g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
– 100g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 200 ml liquid cream
– caramel sauce (purchased or homemade)

Instructions

1. *Prepare the base:*
a. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
B.C. Crush the cookies until fine crumbs form.C. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter.
d. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
2.*Prepare the filling:*
a. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth.
B.C. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
c.Add vanilla extract and cream. Mix well.
3. *Baking:*
a. Pour the filling over the cookie base in the mold.B. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
c. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in it for another hour with the door open.
4.*Great:*
B.C. Chr Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool completely.
B.C. Once cooled, place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
5.*Attention:*
B.C. Before serving, pour the caramel sauce over the cheesecake.
B.C. If you want, you can add a little sea salt to the caramel to give it a “salty caramel” touch.
