Homemade Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 pound lean ground beef

½ yellow onion

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tbsp freshly minced garlic

3 cups water

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

1 can diced tomatoes (optional)

16 ounces spaghetti noodles

Instructions:

Set the Air Pot to Saute mode.

Once ready, add the olive oil and onion.

When the onions are slightly softened, add the ground beef and seasonings. Cook until the meat is done.

Remove the cooked meat, and add water to the Air Pot. Scrape the bottom well to prevent Burn warnings.

Break the spaghetti noodles in half and arrange them in a criss-cross pattern in the Air Pot.

Pour the Spaghetti Sauce over the noodles.

Optionally, add the diced tomatoes on top of the spaghetti sauce.

Pour water on the sides and top of the tomatoes. Press down slightly to ensure the spaghetti is covered in water.

Place the lid on, turn the valve to sealing, and press Pressure Cook. Set the time for 5 minutes.

Once the time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes, followed by a quick release until the pin drops.

Open the lid and stir the spaghetti, sauce, and tomatoes with the cooked meat.

Serve with a dinner salad and garlic cheese toast if desired. Enjoy your homemade spaghetti!
