INGREDIENTS :
1 cup softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons hot water
1/ 2 teaspoons salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
TIPS :
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Beat together
butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Crack one egg at a time, then add the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in warm water. Add to the batter with salt.Mix in the flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Scoop large spoons into ungreased pans.
Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
