Ingredients:

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Queso Sauce:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef Filling:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled.
- Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning, and pour in water. Simmer until the mixture thickens. Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Crunchwrap:
- Lay out a large flour tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spoon a portion of the beef filling onto the center of the tortilla.
- Place a tostada shell (or a handful of tortilla chips) on top of the beef.
- Spoon a generous amount of queso sauce over the tostada.
