Vegetable gratins are a quick and easy way to add some green to your diet. Broccoli, celeriac, spinach, or even eggplant, all can be covered with a gourmet mixture based on egg, cream, or even cheese, all topped with breadcrumbs, to turn into a gratin generous. More recipe ideas.

*Ingredients for

°300g cooked cauliflower

°300g cooked broccoli

°3 eggs

°40 cl of liquid cream

°100 g blue cheese (or Roquefort cheese)*

°50 g of grated cheese

*The steps of the recipe:

In a salad bowl, mash the blue cheese with a fork then incorporate the liquid cream. Mix well.

Add eggs and grated cheese. Whisk.

In individual ramekins (or egg dishes), place the cauliflower and broccoli florets.

Then divide the gratin mixture into the ramekins and cook the gratins in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.

Serve hot, accompanied by a crisp green salad to complete the meal.
